Are you a primary teacher with recent experience teaching in Upper Primary?
Would you like to be involved in developing a recently opened school, writing curriculum and developing the outdoor classroom?
Would you like to join a successful Church of England Primary School, which opened only 5 years ago?

If so, Tradewind is working with an exceptional 1-form entry (1 class per year level) Church of England Free School that opened in September 2014. The school seeks an outstanding Upper Primary teacher who enjoys a challenge, and can work as part of a team to join their Church of England school from September 2019.

About the School:
*This primary school is a multi-cultural, highly diverse primary school
*The school is a small school, one form entry, located in Ealing, West London
*The school is OFSTED "Good" and praises staff on the culture of the school, positive behaviour across the school and the school promotes positive values
*The school is a Church of England school, and therefore the teacher must be understanding of the religion and empathetic towards this. The teacher does not need to be practising themselves, but must be willing to take part in certain activities
*The school is lucky to have stable, supportive, and sociable staff working for them
*There is excellent NQT support for Newly Qualified Teachers; the school has an NQT with them currently, who has been fully supported during their first year
*The school is currently Reception (Prep) to Year 4, but in September is growing to Year 5. Therefore, the joining teacher will be required to teach in Upper Primary, Year 3, either 4 or 5.

*This Upper Primary Teacher post is for either Year 3, Year 4 or Year 5
*The school seeks a primary teacher who enjoys a challenge and is committed to attaining high standards for all pupils
*They are looking for a team player who can build positive relationships with all members of the school community, including students, teachers and parents
*The school are also in need of a primary teacher who will support the Christian values of the school
