This is an interesting role and not just a traditional class-based role!

The school is larger than most, being 4 form entry and they were graded as "outstanding" in all areas, following their most recent inspection.
The role will involve teaching Year 3 and you will be teaching Literacy to two different classes in the mornings and then foundation subjects in the afternoons, again in Year 3. The beauty of this role is the variety involved, working with different classes.

Staff training takes place until 5pm on a Wednesday and this is compulsory for all staff. Teaching staff can leave at 3.15pm on a Friday as the children finish at 2.45pm. The actual school day is 8.45am - 3.30pm with the early finish on a Friday.

The role is initially until Christmas and if all is going well, will continue for the academic year.

If you are interested and have the required loves of literacy and experience/knowledge to focus on this area, please let me know as the school wish to interview as soon as possible. An up to date CV would also be very useful.

Salary for this role will be £140 - 170 per day but there may be some flexibility, depending on experience.
