Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high attainment levels through data analysis and personalised teaching
  • Build positive rapport with pupils, fostering trust and mutual respect
  • Collaborate effectively with the team for best practices

Essential Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent
  • Excellent references, preferably Year 3 experience
  • CV covering the last 10 years with explained gaps
  • Right to work in the UK
