INTERNATIONAL OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE FOR AUSTRALIAN AND NEW ZEALAND BASED TEACHERS

A primary school in the inner Haringey area of North London are actively seeking TWO enthusiastic and engaging class teachers to start with them as soon as possible, with scope for starting after February half term, and with further roles likely to come up in April and in September. The school are seeking a Reception Teacher (ages 4-5) and Year 5 Teacher (ages 9-10).

About the school/Roles
The school has been taken over by a new, experienced principal and standards are improving rapidly. This means that the successful candidate will be exposed to some excellent CPD and training, as well as working alongside a supportive and friendly staff team. It is an exciting time to be joining this staff team's journey to becoming an Outstanding graded school.

A positive of the new principal having arrived recently is that the school's plans and schemes of work have been completely restructured and revamped, meaning a lot of the plans are already in place, so only small alterations are required to adapt these plans to each class. The principal is a very supportive, positive principal and is a contact who Tradewind have a long-standing relationship with from previous schools and headships. So we have every confidence that the successful candidates will be supported by an experienced, approachable and competent principal.

The Principal is looking for primary trained teachers who allow their personality to shine through in their teaching in order to connect with the children.

The school is based in a really good location in North London, in Zone 3, and is very accessible from all directions via Victoria and Piccadilly lines and the Overground, with the closest stations being Stamford Hill, South Tottenham, and Seven Sisters. You could certainly find good places to live in attractive areas like Stoke Newington / Hackney, Islington, Camden and Crouch End / Highgate / Muswell Hill to name a few!
