Tradewind Recruitment are working on behalf of a larger than average multifaith mainstream primary school based in the London borough of Waltham Forest. The KS1 teacher role is due to start in September 2021.
This three-form entry primary is friendly, caring and nurturing in approach and they aim to instil children with core values and a passion for learning. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic KS1 teacher who can motivate and inspire children with a range of learning needs. You will be to joining a hardworking, caring, and inclusive team who work hard to give their children an exciting, vibrant educational experience.

The role:
You will take on the full classroom responsibility for up to 30 children in one of the KS1 classes. likely to be year 1. The school offers a friendly, welcoming team, well-resourced classrooms, and a very supportive leadership team. The school is in a lovely area of Walthamstow within walking distance of train stations and several bus routes.
Essential requirements:
- QTS (Qualified teacher status)
- MSP 1-6
- You must have good knowledge and experience teaching in KS1
- Demonstrate outstanding teacher observation grades
- Strong classroom management
