Tradewind are currently recruiting a dynamic Primary teacher for a very popular school in the Withington area of South Manchester. The role is a full-time class teacher position in Year 5. This will role will begin after October half term and will last until the end of the academic year with a possibility to become permanent (although this may not be in the same role). The salary for this role is negotiable based on your experience and suitability for the role

This school is a 1 form entry 'good' school and your Year 5 class is a mixed ability class of 28 pupils. The school serves a very diverse community with a number of different languages spoken in school. Parents and carer's are very responsive their child's education and offer tremendous support to school. The school is easily accessible by public transport and there is ample onsite parking

The role is a full-time classroom teacher role. With this school being one form entry, you will have sole responsibility of the planning a delivery of the Year 5 curriculum. You will benefit from working within a very experienced Key Stage 2 team and will also have the opportunity to lead certain subjects should you have the relevant experience. This school are very welcoming to temporary staff utilising their experience to improve the learning within school.

After visiting the school in the last academic year, I was very impressed with the behavior of the children and the friendliness of the staff. The head teacher was very welcoming and its very obvious that she has a passion for leading the school.

You will have total access to CPD and school training days. This school is well funded and has state of the art I.T in all of its classrooms.

Essential requirements:

*Fully qualified Teacher Status
*A minimum of 2 Years of teaching experience in the United Kingdom
*Experience in Keys Stage 2 is desired but not essential
*The school have specified that a specialism in a core subject would be beneficial in this role.
*A proven track record with references to support this.
