Tradewind are working with a highly reputable and Ofsted graded 'outstanding' 2 form entry infant school nestled in the heart of St Albans who are looking to recruit a newly or recently qualified teacher, with salary in line with Fringe MPS - £25,543 - £29,581. The role is flexible on year group across EYFS - KS1, dependent upon the expertise and experience of the successful candidate.

The school are also open to recruiting overseas trained teachers who have right to work in the UK, and are willing to undertake Skype interviews with international teachers looking to relocate to London later in 2020. The headteacher has recruited teachers from Ireland, New Zealand and Australia in recent years and the school are proud offer a thorough induction for all international and newly qualified teachers, as well as supportive staff network.

This beautiful school caters from Nursery to year 2 and just adjacent to this school is also their Junior site which they will be looking to amalgamate in the next year. The school is deceivingly large with separate learn and play areas for the Early Years and KS1 pupils.

Due to expansion the school are able to accept and fully support an NQT or recently qualified teacher for a September start. This will be a full time post with PPA time and protected NQT time, and the headteacher is able to discuss where you will be best placed to succeed in your Induction year, if applicable.

The Headteacher actually started at the school as an NQT herself and has moved through the ranks over a short period of 6 years.
