Person Specification
You must be an assertive Year 3 Teacher who has 1 year of solid teaching experience. The Headteacher wants to recruit a teacher with a teaching style which encourages creativity and the ability to push those who may be feeling uninspired. You will be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for inspiring pupils through your effective teaching style
About the Year 3 Teacher Role

As a Year 3 Teacher your role will involve you teaching one of the classes within Year 3 depending on your own skills and experience and you will be ensuring that all pupils meet their personal learning objectives. The school is also likely to include a level of subject coordination, but at this point, that is yet to be confirmed

-This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
-Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
-You must have the legal right to work in the UK
