Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of an oversubscribed, OFSTED rated 'Outstanding' school in Sale, Trafford. The school are looking for a part time KS2 teacher to teach 4 days a week to cover maternity leave. The role will be job shared by an additional teacher who teaches the class one day a week. This role is paid at a competitive rate based on your experience. The successful candidate will be required to start in December 2020 and will be required until July 2021.

Staff at this school have a shared drive to ensure their pupils grow into caring, well rounded citizens. They do this by demonstrating a welcoming and supportive nature to all around them. Furthermore, the staff team have built a strong relationships with parents, carers and the wider community allowing for excellent collaboration for the children's benefit. As for the pupils, they are proud of their school and have an eagerness and enthusiasm to learn.

As a KS2 teacher, you will be responsible for creating exciting and engaging learning experiences that develop pupils academic progress and nurture their inquisitive nature. You will also be responsible for:
*Assessing, tracking, and reporting on the pupil's attainment and personal development
*Establishing positive and supportive relationships with parents and carers
*Set high expectations for pupil behaviour.
*Provide a caring and supportive learning environment based on mutual respect.

We are looking for applicants who have:
*Qualified Teacher Status
*Excellent organisational skills
*A commitment to child development and learning
*Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*The right to work in the U.K
