Primary Teacher - PPA role - Bury

Tradewind are currently recruiting an experienced Primary teacher for an excellent school in the Whitefield area. The role is a PPA teacher role in which you are required to start in January 2021 and will be needed until the end of the academic year. This role is a full time, long term role with a competitive salary which will match your experience and suitability to the role. This role will be on a supply basis for the entirety of the placement.

As the schools PPA teacher you will be working in a 1 form entry Primary School which has been graded as 'Good' in its most recent Ofsted inspection. This school sets high expectations for its children and staff and believes in maximising a child's learning experience every single day. This primary school has a strong reputation in the local area and has public transport links to the centre of Bury and other areas of Greater Manchester. This school benefits from a recently refurbished ICT facilities and has a large on-site staff car park

As the school's only PPA teacher, your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

*Supporting all Year groups, from Nursery to Year 6
*Covering PPA and first day sickness cover throughout the whole school
*Liaise with all the school's full-time class teachers to ensure the work you have planned is consistent with what the children should be learning.
*Assisting in interventions and booster sessions at varying times of the year especially in Years 2 and 6

Essential requirements:

*Fully qualified Teacher Status
*A minimum of 2 Years of teaching experience in the United Kingdom
*Experience in Keys Stage 2 is desired but not essential
*The school have specified that a specialism in a core subject would be beneficial in this role.
*A proven track record with references to support this.
