This three-form entry Primary School is a friendly and welcoming school that is continuously striving to make sure that the children get the best possible education.
The parallel teachers are both experienced and the year group works very much as a team , with each staff member contributing and playing to their strengths.
The Year 5's are a bright and lively class who are respectful; eager to learn and actively participate in their learning!
The school uses Active Inspire, is well resourced and for such a large school, has very much a community feel. There is a large playground in which children can expend their energy.

To join us and be successful in this Year 5 Teaching role you will need to:

*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification.
*Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
*Recent Year 5 teaching experience or teaching placements in Key Stage 2
*Be passionate about education; be able to inspire children and have strong behaviour management
