Are you a looking for a role as a Lead Nursery teacher in Southwark? Do you enjoy managing and supporting small teams?

This small, close-knit nursery in Southwark South East London, currently looking for a qualified teacher to join them as a Lead Nursery teacher. The position is full time and is paying an annual salary of up to £41,483.

Their mission is to provide a warm, caring and stimulating environment, which encourages values and celebrates diversity and individual excellence. They aim to make a difference to every child, regardless of any barriers to learning they may face. Each member of staff will aim to instil a life-long love of learning in every member of the school community; equipping all children with the skills necessary to become interesting, well-rounded individuals, who in turn will make a difference to others in their lives. Children also have the opportunity to experience around 6 sessions of Forest school in local woodland where they will be encouraged and supported to explore the natural but hazard free environment, developing self-esteem and confidence.

The school is located in a convenient and central area of South East London, within walking distance from tube stations. There are also excellent bus links and parking is available.

The Headteacher is keen to recruit a full-time Lead Nursery teacher to interview/trial ASAP to join them ASAP.

The Lead Nursery teacher must:
- Have QTS (or equivalent teaching qualifications)
- Be experienced teaching at EYFS level (preferably nursery)
- Possess sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- Have leadership experience/skills
- Enjoy working with a positive and established staff team
