The role is due to start in September 2020 and will be continuing for the full academic year until July 2021. This is a long-term role with potential permanent opportunity at the end of the long-term placement. MSP 1-6, £24,373 - £35,971 per annum.

Primary teacher- two-form entry school - St Albans

The upper and lower schools in the heart of St Albans have long been school of excellence and highly reputable in the area. The school is a Catholic school and their vision is to provide children with a welcoming, secure, happy environment where they feel valued with a Christ-centred atmosphere, in surroundings that are bright, cheerful, safe, clean and tidy.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the two schools to amalgamate and share best practice. The Executive Heads is now looking for a passionate primary teacher who is confident teaching across KS1 and KS2 to start in September.

The school is well connected being located close by to St Albans mainline train station as well as being served by a number of regular bus routes. The school also has a large carpark for staff.

Essential requirements:
Knowledge and proven experience teaching or supporting the UK national curriculum in KS1 or KS2
Hold PGCE with QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
You must have the legal right to work in the UK
