Tradewind Recruitment is currently working in collaboration with a one-form school in Tower Hamlets, to secure an enthusiastic, self-motivated and suitably qualified Year 1 teacher, who can demonstrate effective teaching and learning.
This great role commences in September 2020 and the school is offering a permanent contract with a starting salary of Inner London (M1) £30 480 - (M6) £41 483. TLRs are available.
This Church of England school in the heart of the City of London, was established over 300 years ago and continues to be the only maintained school in the City of London. The current building dates from 1908 and is a Grade 2 listed building. The current building retains much of its charm while offering the children in its care a 21st century education. There is a state-of-the art ICT suite; great resources and a large Sports' hall. Staff and Senior Management are committed to providing the highest level of education to the children in their school by nurturing their talents, striving for excellence and inspiring young people to learn in a safe and caring environment.
The school are looking to interview experienced Year 1 teachers who are passionate about education; driven; reflective and can work independently as well as part of a team. An ambitious teacher, who is looking to continue their learning and development with a view to taking on a position of responsibility in the not too distant future.

Job Requirements
Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
You must have the legal right to work in the UK
