Tradewind Recruitment are working with an Oftsed rated, "Good" Church of England Junior School to secure a Year 3 teacher for a September start.

This temp to perm Teaching role is offering initial pay rates of between £150 - £210, depending on experience.

As the successful Year 3 Teacher you will be joining a popular and well-supported Junior school in Tower Hamlets.

*** About the school***

This two-form entry Junior School, is well supported by the Infant school, with most children expected to move up into Year 3 from the local Ofsted rated "Outstanding" Infant school. The schools work very close together to encourage a seamless transition between the Infants and Juniors. This Church of England Junior School is an inclusive school that welcomes children and staff of all religions. There is a small playground however the school is next door to a large park, which is utilised for sports.

*** As the successful Year 3 teacher you will..***

Be passionate about supporting and encouraging good learning practise, be a competent Key Stage 2 teacher and confident with behaviour management.

You will be calm, patient and genuinely enjoy teaching a responsive and bright Year 3 class.

Be planning collaboratively and supported by an experienced Year group lead.

Have good written and spoken English

Be ambitious and look to develop and grow within the school

This Junior school is close to the efficient Docklands Light Railway and has a small carpark.

Job Requirements
Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualifications
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
You must have the legal right to work in the UK
Experience of teaching Year 3 or Key Stage 2.
