Tradewind Recruitment is currently working closely with a leading school in the borough of Waltham Forest to secure a committed and dynamic Physical Education teacher. This role is initially until July with the potential to become permanent.
Long-term rates from £160 - £180 depending on experience are being offered.

About the role - Physical Education Teacher -Waltham Forest, East London
As the successful Physical Education teacher, you will be responsible for school wide PE including planning; assessing ability levels;
motivating and encouraging the children; teaching the games rules/theory and the organisation of games and events.
This role is a 80% PE position with some PPA cover across the year groups. The school requires someone for 5 days a week.

This non-selective, multicultural Primary School is part of a three school academy of "Outstanding" and "Good" schools. You will be joining a highly successful and popular school that that provides unique opportunities for children to explore both inside and outside the classroom.
Set in large grounds, the school is very well resourced for PE lessons and there is access to an Olympic size pool; football pitch and outdoor adventure area.

Waltham Forest is a "leafy" Outer London borough of London that is in easy distance of Central London. The school is accessible from the Central Line and Overground trains.

Job Requirements
*Hold QTS status or equivalent Teaching qualification
*Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
*Experience of teaching Physical Education
