Tradewind are looking for an energetic and motivated KS2 teacher for a Year 3/4 class in a welcoming Salford school, recently rated 'Good' by OFSTED.

The Salford school are looking for an ambitious practitioner to cover sabbatical leave in a Year 3/4 class for two terms, January 2021- July 2021. The job is paid at a competitive rate based on the successful applicants' experience.

This inclusive Salford school has seen excellent improvements in their pupil's attainment in recent years. The staff team have achieved this through consistent behaviour management and building strong community relationships, actively involving parents in the children's learning.

As the Year 3/4 teacher you will need to ensure you establish good relationships with parents and careers, encouraging them to support learning at home. You will also be encouraged to utilise your additional skills to introduce, run or support a club/ additional learning where appropriate. You will also be responsible for:
*Assessing, tracking, and reporting on the pupil's attainment and personal development
*Establishing positive relationships with parents and carers
*Creating ridged routines
*Set high expectations for pupil behaviour.
*Provide a caring and supportive learning environment.

We are looking for applicants who have:
*Qualified Teacher Status
*Excellent organisational skills
*A commitment to child development and learning
*Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*The right to work in the U.K
