Tradewind recruitment are looking for a hardworking teacher with a calm, child centred approach to work in a Year 4 class with a high proportion of additional needs. The role full time cover until the end of March 2021 paid at a competitive rate.
The two-form school has a team of dedicated practitioners who work closely with parents and guardians to provide an environment where children can achieve their full academic potential and personal development. The teachers here have use of some excellent resources to support child development.

As one of the Year 4 teachers, you will be teaching and planning collaboratively with your Year 4 colleagues. You will also be expected to:
*Plan and Teaching a balanced and diverse curriculum
*Assessing, tracking, and reporting on the pupil's development, attainment and personal needs
*Set high expectations for pupil behaviour and outcomes
*Develop a classroom environment rooted in mutual respect
*Provide a caring and supportive learning environment
*Work with other classes collaboratively including break/ lunch duties.

We are looking for applicants who have:
*Qualified Teacher Status with 2 years' experience in Year 4 or KS2
*Experience teaching EAL & SEND pupils
*Enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational skills
*A commitment to child development and learning
*Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*The right to work in the U.K
