Tradewind are recruiting for a lovely, oversubscribed two-form entry school in Trafford. The school is looking for a Year 4 teacher who encourages their pupils to achieve their full potential through. The role is for long term cover starting October until the end of the Term 1 in December. This will be paid at competitive rates based on your experience. The school is well connected by a nearby A-road and hosts staff parking.

The school encourage their pupils to develop a love for learning allowing the children to make excellent progress in their academic and personal development. The teaching team ensure their pupils work is stimulating and challenging helping them to build a deep understanding of the world.

As one of the Year 4 teachers, you will be required to establish a learning environment that encourages developing a love for learning through fun and interactive lessons.
Expectations
*Plan and teach a balanced and diverse curriculum
*Assessing, tracking, and reporting on the pupil's personal and academic progress
*Set high expectations for pupil's behaviour and work
*Build a learning environment that encourages an inquisitive nature.
*Establish supportive relationships with parents, carers and other staff
*Extracurricular activities where suitable.

What we are looking for applicants who have:
*Qualified Teacher Status and minimum 1 year of experience
*Excellent behaviour and time management skills
*A commitment to child development and learning
*Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*The right to work in the U.K
