Tradewind is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant for one of our lovely schools in Bolton!
You will be required to support the class teacher, work with small groups, maintain records of learning and assessment and take part in all aspects of school life. You will provide one-on-one support with classwork, reading, and phonics activities, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
To be successful in this role, you will be required to have:
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant, or transferable child-based work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to learning
- Provide a CV with full employment/education history included
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
