Key Responsibilities:

This lovely one-form entry school is dedicated to supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of their students. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing tailored educational and behavioural strategies to support students
• Providing one-on-one support for students in the class aiding with classwork, reading, and phonics activities
• Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborating with teachers to ensure a productive classroom, including leading small group activities and proactively supporting classroom set up and clean up

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

• Experience working with children, preferably as a teaching assistant
• A passion for supporting student development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient and empathetic approach to working with children
• Relevant certifications or training in special education would be advantageous
• Subject to providing Full CV History, willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check, and overseas police clearance (where necessary)
