Key Responsibilities:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing tailored educational and behavioural strategies to support students
- Providing one-on-one support for students in the class aiding with classwork, reading, and phonics activities
- Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating with teachers to ensure a productive classroom, including leading small group activities and proactively supporting classroom set up and clean u
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- Experience working with children, preferably as a teaching assistant
- A passion for supporting student development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and empathetic approach to working with children
- Relevant certifications or training in special education would be advantageous
- Subject to providing Full CV History, willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check, and overseas police clearance (where necessary)
