Do you have a passion for working with learners who's needs cannot be met within a mainstream school?
Tradewind is currently supporting an education provision who is looking for a qualified teacher to work within the primary phase of the academy and support young pupils who exhibit social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
This is a full-time/long-term position that is initially for the full academic year and has the potential to go permanent at a later stage!
*Competitive pay rates £150-£180 per day
*Based in Northamptonshire
*Full-time
*Excellent support from a dedicated consultant and staff members at the School
You will be teaching small groups of students who have emotional and behavioural difficulties. To be successful, you will be required to be flexible, sensitive, patient and resilient. If you meet the criteria below and have a passion for teaching young pupils who have complex needs, then we want to hear from you!
Criteria:
*Qualified Teacher Status
*Experience of working with young people with complex additional needs
*Extensive behaviour management skills
*Relevant classroom experience
*Experience planning, producing and updating schemes of work
*Preparing and delivering lessons/activities for groups of learners
*Available full-time from January and can commit for at least the academic year
