Psychology Graduate - Special Educational Needs School

Responsibilities:

• Support and work closely with students in a one-on-one or group setting.
• Implement strategies to address the unique learning needs of students with SEN.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to create inclusive and supportive learning environments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans.

Requirements:

• A degree in Psychology or related field.
• Enthusiasm for working with students with special educational needs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic educational setting.
