Tradewind are currently recruiting for a Psychology Graduate to work in a SEMH School in Leicestershire. The School offers places for learners with Special Educational Needs. Especially those with communication and interaction difficulties associated with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The School is a Special Needs School were every child is valued and respected. They are committed to the inclusion, progress and independence of all students.

The role for a Psychology Graduate is to start immediately and is a full time, long term role.

The ideal candidate would have

• A degree in Psychology or a related field
• Passion for working with students with Special Educational Needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for contributing to the educational journey of students
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team

-Hold a child workforce enhanced DBS certificate which is on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one (costs refunded back to you when you complete 20 days work)
-have satisfactory references
