Individualised Support: Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to provide personalised assistance to students, ensuring their growth and development.

Inclusive Learning Environment: Create an inclusive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that fosters student growth, especially those with SEN.
Communication and Teamwork: Utilize your strong communication and teamwork skills to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in psychology and educational practices to enhance the quality of your support.
Psychology Graduate: Hold a degree in Psychology, providing you with a deep understanding of human behaviour, cognitive processes, and emotional development.
Passion for SEN: Demonstrate a sincere passion for working with students in an SEN setting and a desire to make a positive difference in their lives.
