We're seeking a Psychology teacher who is able to teach to key stage 5. This position is to start in April 2020 for an ofsted rated "good" school in Wirral. The role is a full time position and is to cover a maternity leave post.

This school is easily accessible by car, as well as public transport, and has a free on site car park.

The responsibilities of this Psychology teacher role will include:
* Undertaking full class teaching responsibility for Psychology up to Key Stage 5
* Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of pupils, as well as on their personal and social needs
* Marking work, giving appropriate feedback and preparing students for exams in line with GCSE requirements

The ideal candidate for this Psychology teacher role will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have relevant experience teaching this subject
* Be an outstanding teacher with excellent curriculum subject knowledge
* Hold an enhanced DBS which is on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one (costs refunded after completing 20 days work)
* Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
