Tradewind are working with an Outstanding Academy in Barnet, ranked in the top 1% of schools nationally, who are seeking a Psychology Graduate to join them as a Teaching Assistant this September 2019, on a full time, long term basis.

This position will see the successful Psychology Teaching Assistant work in KS3 and KS4 classes, supporting the class teacher by running booster sessions and interventions with individual and small groups of students. You will be working closely with students who require additional support to achieve their full academic potential. You will also be working with students who have mild Special Educational Needs. Prior experience working with SEN pupils would be highly advantageous.

*Be a recent Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 minimum, strong A Levels and GCSEs
*Be confident, charismatic and engaging
*Preferably have experience working with SEN children in any setting
*Be a hard worker, work well both individually and as part of a team
*Have a passion for nurturing growth, and providing exciting, engaging learning environments
