SANZA Teaching Agency are on the hunt for a committed, passionate primary teacher who is looking for a step-up into middle leadership! The position is Early Years Phase Leader.


The school is a two-form entry, Church of England primary school. The school was rated Good during their 2022 Ofsted inspection.   

The school is conveniently located close to the Elizabeth Line (West Drayton) and has onsite parking.

The school is open to both fixed- term contract and permanent contract options.


As an Early Years Phase Lead, you will…

  • Hold QTS
  • Have experience in both nursery and reception age groups
  • Articulate high quality in EYFS educational provision, the characteristics of effective Early Years settings, and strategies for raising standards and outcomes for EYFS children
  • Be committed to developing pupils' spiritual, moral, social and cultural development
  • Be able to present a coherent and accurate account of the children's performance and other Early Years self-evaluation evidence to a range of audiences, including Governors, the Local Authority, the Local Community and Ofsted
