Reception Teacher (EYFS) - Part time Stockport

Tradewind Manchester are recruiting! Are you an experienced Early Years Teacher looking for your next part-time role in Stockport?

We're seeking a part-time Reception class teacher to start in January 2020. This is a part time long term role which will last until the end of the academic year to cover a planned absence (maternity leave). You will be paid to scale and will be job sharing with an experienced Reception Teacher.

As the Reception Teacher, you will be working in an Ofsted rated 'Good' school in the Stockport area and you will be responsible for a Reception class of 30 children. This school is beautifully situated in a wonderful rural area around 10 miles outside of Manchester city centre. This school is a 1 form entry school with a fantastic reputation in the local area. This school remains oversubscribed year on year, despite the emergence of large Academies in the area. This school is best travelled to by car but there are a number of bus routes that are within a short walk of the school

The school are looking for an experienced Reception Teacher to work 3 days per week alongside another experienced Reception Teacher. This is a job share; therefore, you will have excellent communication schools as you will have to ensure that there is a smooth transition throughout the week. Your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

*Planning and preparation of the full Early Years curriculum.
*Recording and reporting on the development of the children in your class
*Teaching a balanced curriculum to ensure every child fulfils their full potential
*Encourage learning and development stories, drawing and play
*Assist in children's personal, social and emotional development.
*Collaboration with the other Reception Teacher to ensure the flow of the curriculum and lesson

Essential requirements:

*Qualified Teacher Status
*Experience or a relevant Early Years qualification
*References that support your successful teacher training
*The right to work in the U.K
*Availability for October and the commitment for the rest of the academic year.
