Tradewind Manchester are recruiting a hardworking and dedicated Reception teacher for Oldham.

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced, results driven and hardworking Reception teacher for a 1-form entry school in Oldham.

This position is due to start after Easter; however, they do have the capacity to take someone on sooner if possible. This is a full time, fixed term contract until the end of July 2020 with a pay rate of up to £170 per day. The successful applicant will have an opportunity to earn a permanent contract and they are open to NQT's and experienced teachers alike.

To join us and be successful in this Reception Teacher role, you will need to:
*Hold QTS Status
*Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
*Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
*Have the legal right to work in the UK

About the school:
This school is an 'requiring improvement' school having had an Ofsted inspection in June 2017. However, the school have made significant strides forward since then, last year results were above LEA and national average. The school also scored well above average in progress scores across writing and maths. At the heart of these improvements has been a dedication to the very best teaching and learning. About the role:
This is a challenging role and requires someone with the determination and commitment to succeed. Ofsted will be visiting the school in the foreseeable future and as such someone who will embrace the challenge of maintaining or bettering standards is desired. There are 29 children in the class, all currently achieving national standard. An energetic teacher with a creative and engaging outlook on the curriculum would be well suited to ensure the children remain engaged and active throughout the year. Ideally, the school believe this cohort can achieve a higher level. As such, someone who is willing to challenge the children with a varied and engaging curriculum would be well suited.
There will be plenty of support from the SLT and you will have 1 TA in the class working with a variety of children on a 1-1 basis. This position is open to NQT's and experienced teachers alike.

As a Classroom Teacher, you will have the support of a cohesive and committed team of teachers and SLT who work collaboratively to maintain high standards and expectations, plus:
