This three-form Primary School is offering a permanent contract for a Reception teacher with a starting Outer London salary from (M1) £26662 - (M6) £37645.

It's welcoming Headteacher and stable staff makes the school an enjoyable place to work. The Arts are celebrated throughout the year and in particular one week a year, lessons are suspended and an Arts festival is held across the schools in which Music/Drama and Arts feature heavily. Trips are organised to for example The Proms; The London Eye and Central London Art Galleries.
The entrance hall to the school has been set up as an Art gallery and even has a chaise longue for visitors to admire the children's Artwork. Each of the EYFS classrooms represents a room in a house, with a bath; kitchen table; bed etc. prominently displayed in the classrooms!

To be considered for this great Reception teaching post you will need to:
Have a working knowledge of the theory and practise of teaching Reception
Have excellence practise in the classroom

The school is based in the East London Borough of Waltham Forest, which is a large and affordable part of London. It is a short walk from an Overground train station and is surrounded by multiple parks.

-Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
-Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
-This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
-Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
-You must have the legal right to work in the UK
