*Plan and deliver activities and learning opportunities that meet the requirements of the EYFS
*Provide opportunities for pupil development both in literacy and numeracy as well as on a personal level
*Use a range of teaching strategies that meet the needs of all students
*Build good relationships with pupils, their families and your colleagues
*Effectively deploy support staff using their expertise to ensure good levels of development across the curriculum
*Maintain consistent and balanced observations of learning and provide feedback as required
