A primary school in Salford is looking to recruit a reception class teacher for a maternity leave starting Monday 15th April and will last a full year ending in April 2020. The headteacher is searching for a qualified, experienced primary teacher. The successful candidates will be a passionate, enthusiastic individuals who can positively contribute to the school.
The successful Reception teacher will be responsible for:
*Delivering of engaging lessons using plans provided by the class teacher.
*Assessment of pupil's performance within lessons.
*Providing feedback to the class teacher.
*Direction of teaching assistants/learning support.
*Classroom/Behaviour management in line with school policies and procedures.
This role commences in April but the Headteacher is looking for the role to start as soon as possible. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm. The total working hours in the school will be 37.5.
The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running as part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team and will have:
*Hold QTS or an equivalent overseas teaching qualification.
*Have at least 1 years' experience as a Reception Class Teacher.
*Be confident in their use and understanding of Phonics and the EYFS National Curriculum.
*Possess the drive and determination to make a difference to their pupils' education.
*Be passionate about their own professional development.
*Be keen to work as part of a growing and dynamic workforce.
