EYFS Full-Time Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join a lovely Infant School in South Nottingham. As an integral part of our early education program, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for the schools youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging EYFS lessons.
• Assist with the daily care and supervision of children aged 3 to 5.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the development of age-appropriate learning materials and activities.
• Monitor and record children's progress and well-being.
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to child development.

To join us and be successful in this early years teaching assistant role you will need to:

• Hold NVQ level 3 or equivalent
• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

• You must have the legal right to work in the UK
