Position: Reception Teaching Assistant
Location: Sutton
Role: 1-to-1 Support for a Child with Autism
Duration: Whole Academic Year

About the Role: As a Reception Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with a delightful child who has Autism, providing dedicated 1-to-1 support. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in a child's educational experience. You will be an integral part of their learning journey, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tailor support to meet the specific needs of the child.
  • Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement individualized learning plans.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and communication to parents and relevant stakeholders.
