A two-form entry primary school is the borough is Hammersmith and Fulham is currently looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Reception class. This school is rated 'Outstanding' during their recent OFSTED inspection and pride themselves on their thriving creative curriculum and connections to the location community. This SEN Teaching Assistant role is due to start immediately and will continue into next academic year for 3 three terms.

Your role as an SEN Teaching Reception class is to work closely with a student with an EHCP and a diagnoses of social and communication skills as their main barrier to learning. You will be working within a strong team of EYFS staff, based mainly in the Reception classroom.

To be shortlisted for this tole you will have prior experience supporting with students with this need and demonstrate initiative in adapting resources to suit the needs of the student. You will work closely with the students and the SENCO to ensure that they progress with speech this academic year and accelerate his learning. This is a long-term full-time position paying a daily rate between £75 - £95.
