You will be an excellent team player with the ability to work autonomously, a self-motivator with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.

We're looking for someone with ambition and great ideas, as well as the ability to run and grow a successful desk. Leading from the front and as an ambassador of our core values, you will help our existing talent earn more money and achieve greater success through demonstrating strong individual performance and providing clear strategic direction. Main functions
* Place candidates into temporary and permanent positions
* Manage, retain and service clients within an agreed geography
* Increase market share/ market penetration every half term
* Focus on GP growth week on week, year on year
* Adhere to weekly targets and KPI's, set in conjunction with your manager
