* Source Teachers and Support Staff by advertising, CV searching, Referrals and by other means
* Interview candidates and assist compliance with vetting, in preparation for them going in to schools
* Write creative and exciting candidates profiles for our Sales Consultants to send out to our schools
* Focus on bringing in high amounts of quality candidates to keep up with the demand in our schools
* Build strong relationships with both internal staff and candidates
* Use your great communication skills to encourage Teachers and Support Staff to work with Tradewind
* Adhere to weekly targets and KPI's, set in conjunction with your manager

We work from 7am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. We offer 1 hour lunch break and the opportunity to take longer lunch breaks if you want to go to the gym. During the school holidays, we make up for the long hours by only working 4.5 hour days!

What qualities are we looking for in the successful candidate?
* Previous Resourcer experience is preferred but not essential
* Minimum of GCSE grade C in English and Maths
* Confident to spend most of your day chatting on the phone to teachers!
* A warm and friendly personality, with the ability to build strong relationships
* Excellent communication is paramount, someone who has a great telephone manner
* A fast learner, someone who can pick up new systems quickly and you must be IT literate
