Tradewind are working as a preferred supplier for a large trust of primary schools in the Sheffield and South Yorkshire area seeking a pool of preferred supply teachers to work flexibly across year groups from Early years to Key Stage 2.
You should hold QTS and have availability of at least 2 days a week, access to your own transport would be beneficial but not essential if you live within good public transport links.
Staff must be confident behaviour managers and able to engage and enthuse pupils from the get go.
The trust expects high levels of professionalism from all supply teachers, and all staff will be provided with an induction on their first day as well as access to the behaviour and marking policies within the school.
There may be the option to go onto a guaranteed pay contract with Tradewind who would guarantee you a set number of days work in the week.
The trust itself is a large and rapidly growing trust incorporating a range of schools from large urban areas to smaller primary schools in more rural areas, all sites offer access to a secure and private car park.
This role is flexible enough to fit around any existing commitments, would suit a teachers who is semi retired or an NQT looking to be introduced to a large number of schools where roles will be up coming in the future.
All settings have Covid secure risk assessments in place, which will be shared with any in coming supply staff.
Pay £120.00 - £140.00 per day
