From January the school is looking to employ a Religious Education Teacher on an ongoing basis with a view to a permanent contract for the right teacher. As a new teacher you will be joining an excellent social sciences department that incorporates R.E, HSC, citizenship, Psychology and Sociology. The school has excellent behaviour throughout and a thriving sixth form that is producing some of the best results in Hertfordshire. The school offers excellent support to teachers at all stages of their careers, with a friendly and approachable SLT on hand to deal with any issues.

*QTS achieved or expected to be achieved prior to January in Secondary Teaching.
*Clear understanding of the principals of effective teaching
*Ability to motivate, engage and progress pupils from all backgrounds
*Understanding of how to motivate pupils across KS3 to 5
*Excellent subject knowledge
