We are currently looking for coaches and sport graduates to support disengaged pupils who are attending Alternative Education settings in Bristol (Central). The work can be full-time or part-time. The ability to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour is a must for this role.

Hours of work is 0830-1530 and days are Monday to Friday term-time only. There is generous pay offer for the right candidates.

Previous experience of working within an Alternative Education provision, or PRU setting is highly beneficial. Military back ground and training is also desirable. Interest in Sports such as Rugby, Football and Martial Arts is highly desirable to build rapport with the student as the work will involve regular trips to Sports settings and games. A keen interest in Rugby and/or Martial arts are required.

-You have previous SEMH experience or Qualifications.
-You have previously worked with disengaged young people.
-You have experience and understanding of child development and learning
-You are available full-time or part-time
-You have a flexible and conscientious approach.

** Have experience of supporting young people with EBD
**Will have access to your own car and get business insurance on it.
*Will be happy to pick the young person up from Weston and work with them from the School's Bristol locations.
*Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
*Have a CV covering at least 10 years employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
*Have the legal right to work in the UK
