Tradewind Recruitment are supporting a setting in Hull who require support in their Exam Office. The role is general administration so experience of this is necessary. Due to the nature of the role, a DBS check will need to be completed or you must have a current DBS on the DBS update service.

The job specification includes:

*Answering the telephones in a polite manner
*Liaising with students with exam enquiries
*Inputting data
*Exam preparation including invigilation and paperwork
*General filing and administration

Skills Required for this role include:

* Excellent use of IT including word processing, spreadsheet and presentation packages
* Ability to interpret data
* High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
* Discretion in the handling and management of sensitive information
* Experience of working within a busy office/admin role previously
* Ability to prioritise and respond effectively to competing demands
* Ability to respond positively to varied workload

There is flexibility on shifts which are outlined below. You will be expected to work either Shift Pattern 1 or 2.

Hours of work - Shift 1
*Monday 10am - 6pm - 30 mins lunch
*Tuesday 10am - 6pm - 30 mins lunch
*Wednesday 10am - 6pm - 30 mins lunch
*Thursday 10am - 6pm - 30 mins lunch
*Friday 10am - 6pm - 30 mins lunch

Hours of work - Shift 2
*Monday 8am - 5pm - 1 hr lunch
*Tuesday 8am - 5pm - 1 hr lunch
*Wednesday 8.30am - 4.30pm - 1 hour lunch
*Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm - 1 hr lunch
*Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm - 1 hr lunch
