Tradewind Recruitment is working with a fast-paced, inclusive Secondary Academy in the London Borough of Barnet who are looking for a confident, experienced School Administrator to join their office team. This is a full time contract that will commence immediately and run until the end of the academic year in the first instance.

As a School Administrator in Barnet, you will be working in the front office of this busy Secondary Academy. Some of your responsibilities will include welcoming and directing guests, answering and transferring phone calls, addressing queries, issuing visitor passes, managing the inbox through Outlook, running reports on SIMS and ad hoc administration tasks such and filing, scanning and photocopying.

To be successful as a School Administrator in Barnet, you will have prior experience within a School Administration setting, have strong computer literacy skills and be confident using Microsoft Office and SIMS. You will need to be a good team player with excellent communication skills and take your own initiative to problem solve on the spot.
