About the role:

*Part - time shifts throughout the remainder of the academic year
*Working in an office setting as Administrative Cover in an International School
*Ensuring visitors and staff sign in correctly and are aware of all Safe-Guarding regulations
*Scheduling Meetings and keeping the Calendar completely up-to-date
*Confidence over the phone is essential
*Being eager to learn and step in when short-staffed

This is a beautiful school located in Hampstead looking for Admin staff to assist in covering shifts and stepping in when the school is in its busy peaks of the year. You will be trained to understand safe-guarding rules and regulations, and ensure that everyone signs in properly each morning and has read the safeguarding pamphlet along with understands the procedures of the school. This will be part-time, with some weeks varying in hours and days- however you will be joining one of the most pristine schools in the area, and gaining wonderful experience.
