Tradewind Recruitment are supporting a School in west London with recruiting for an Administrator with SIMS experience.

As the successful applicant you will provide support and will be carrying out the following duties: Administration, Reception cover, updating the SIMS school data base, dealing with telephone calls and parent requests.

This position is available with an immediate start, on a full-time basis Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4pm initially until the end of the term, with the strong possibility of this being extended until the end of the academic year.

Interested applicants must have school experience and working a package frequently used within schools called SIMS system.

As the successful applicant will be a joining a team of approximately 3 - 4 admin staff with the day-2-day administrative duties.

We are looking for:
* Someone with School experience
* Someone with exceptional organizational skills with proficient numeracy, literacy and IT skills
* Someone has experience using SIMS package
* Someone who can commit until the end of the academic year
* Provide exceptional levels of customer service to pupils, parents and staff.
* A team player
* Someone who can work well under pressure and is adaptable

Candidates will be expected to:
* A good understanding of SIMS
* Well organised
* Ensure all staff and student information is all up to date.
* To follow up on staff for missing registers as necessary.
* Appointed applicant may be required to cover reception during absences and lunch breaks
