The working day will be from 8.30am until 2.30pm, 3 days a week.
The successful candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to a fluctuating workload. You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively whilst working under pressure, in a fastpaced environment.
The postholder will be providing clerical/administrative support, for example monitoring of attendance and co-ordinating transport.
You will be the first point of contact for attendance and concerns/illness of students.
The successful candidate should be able to empathise with the students they will be working with.
Good numeracy and literacy skills are essential requirements for this post.
EXPERIENCE OF SIMS , Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word IS ESSENTIAL
