School Administrator (SIMS Essential)

Full time school administrator with SIMS experience

Tradewind are working with a Junior school in the Chesterfield area seeking an experienced school administrator including experience of using SIMS. The role is full time from the hours of 8am to 3.30pm during term time. There may be opportunity for overtime during the school holidays.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all school admin duties including managing correspondence with parents, front of house reception and managing deliveries to school premises. You will be working with an experienced school Business manager and another experienced school administrator.

You must be well presented and professional and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and SIMs software packages. Relevant admin qualifications would be welcome bit not essential for this role where previous experience in a similar role within a school or education setting is the main criteria.

The school is well located to be easily reached via the M1 motorway as well as being located a short distance from Chesterfield train station. The school is a large 2 form entry primary school with around 350 students on roll.

Pay £65.00 - 80.00 per day dependant on experience

To join us and be successful in this Full time school Administrator role you will need to:
Have experience in a similar role and be experienced in the use of SIMS.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
