School Attendance Officer
The successful candidate will support pupils and their parents/carers in ensuring and enforcing pupil's regular attendance at school.
The successful applicant will, each morning, visit pupils/parents/carers at their homes and encourage children to attend school that day/ongoing.
This post could suit someone from one of the following backgrounds
Or anyone with experience of dealing with parents and carers ideally within an educational environment.
The successful candidate will offer support and advice to families that will enable pupils to regularly attend school.
Once children are back at school, the successful candidate will then work within the school for the rest of the morning. This could be as a Teaching Assistant or in an administration capacity depending on your skills and experience.
The role is 5 mornings per week.

The successful primary teacher will be:
Familiar and confident with supporting the delivery of lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
A positive and personable role model for their class
A committed and reliable teacher dedicated to the role and class
An excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
