Lovely Primary School - Part time 4 Days - Long Term - Temp to Perm - Buckinghamshire High Wycombe - £150 to £200 per day depending on experience
The School Business Manager role is open, offering an opportunity to contribute to the school's smooth operation. The position involves providing comprehensive business support to the Headteacher, overseeing daily activities, and managing administrative, financial, health & safety, GDPR, and premises functions.
- Hours: Part-time, 30 hours, 4 days/week, 42 weeks

About the Role: Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial procedures in collaboration with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
- Support financial planning and monitoring.
- Act as the line manager for the administration team.
- Oversee external contractors (cleaners, maintenance, IT, and GDPR).
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and GDPR.
- Maintain the school's Single Central Record and oversee HR processes.
- Monitor and review the school's IT service contractor and resources.
About the Candidate: The ideal candidate will:
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills.
- Be proficient in IT (Office 365, Excel).
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be an effective team member, willing to undertake various duties.
- Execute all duties with integrity and discretion.
